Donor Relations Executive

Location (Base)

Reporting To

Corporate & Donor Relations Manager

About the position

The Donor Relations Executive will support fundraising efforts by engaging with donors, assisting in donor-related activities, executing communication and relationship management with individual and organizational donors.

Responsibilities

Communications and Donor Correspondence
  • Respond promptly to donor inquiries (within 24 hours on working days or by the next working day for weekends/public holidays).
  • Assist in managing donor queries and communication via email, phone calls, or other platforms.
Administrative Support
  • Assist in content creation for donor engagement initiatives.
  • Organize logistics for printing, mailing, and other correspondence tasks and documentations.
  • Data Entry for monthly donations into Filemaker Pro.
Campaign/Event Support
  • Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events and campaigns.
  • Provide logistical and on-ground support during any others events to ensure successful implementation.
    Relationship Management
  • Support the Corporate & Donor Relations Manager in maintaining relationships with donors through follow-ups and donor appreciation initiatives.

Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Desired Skills/Experience/Attributes

  • A genuine passion for the poor and needy – ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds. Enthusiastic and positive attitude toward helping others.
  • Good organizational skills and time management. Agile and flexible to change.

About the position

  • Assist in the overall function and operations of HR
  • At least 5 years of working experience in HR is preferred
  • Assist and coordinate the staff training programme and plans that is approved by the Management
  • Represent the organisation in fairs and any exhibition related to career fair/HR
  • Organise the Staff Induction Programme for new employees
  • Handles the recruitment and selection process
  • Back up role – Monthly payroll administration
  • Able to undertake special assignments, ad hoc projects and related duties as and when required

Accounts Assistant / Executive

Required Skills and Experience

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience handling Accounts Receivable
  • Able to handle day-to-day AR financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Able to maintain accuracy, timeliness, and proper authorization for all recurring transactions
  • Able to Issue accurate e-invoices and non-tax receipts to donors in a timely manner
  • Able to liaise with internal teams and donors to resolve invoicing related matter
  • Able to prepare weekly financial reports and donor listings to maintain up-to-date records

    services to ensure quality and sustainability

  • Deliver training and assessment services to build the capacity of
    parents, educators, churches, and community partners
  • Involved in handling client and family (disability) according to Case Management structure
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, churches,
    government agencies, volunteers, and non-profit organisations
  • Advocate for individuals with special needs through policy
    engagement and the promotion of inclusive education practices 

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the disability or social care sector.
  • Strong leadership and behaviour management skills.
  • Demonstrated passion for inclusion and family support.
  • Relevant qualification in Social Work, Special Education, or related
    field preferred.

Community Organiser - Pusat Sumber Kommuniti CARE

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the initiation and implementation of community-based projects youth in the poor communities in partnership with local churches to address wholistic needs in the following areas:
    – Social Empowerment
    – Spiritual Empowerment
    – Economic Empowerment
    – Child Empowerment
  • Assist to organise and/or conduct awareness/training programmes on development issues among churches, and other relevant agencies.
  • Liaise and network with grassroots level field workers, external resource persons in the community, churches, GO, and NGOs for successful implementation of service activities.

Desired Skills/Experience/Attributes

  • Passion for the poor and needy – ability to work with youth from diverse backgrounds. Enthusiastic and positive attitude toward helping others.
  • Aged between 18 – 30 years.

  • Field work and willing to travel.
  • Willing and able to stay in the villages.

Personal Criteria

  • Preferably male, but female can be considered.
  • Indigenous.
  • Christian.
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experiences in social work or community work.
  • Possess driving licence and own transportation.
