Pusat CARE Kuala Lumpur - PA for CD Director
A team member to assist the Director in ensuring that the department’s administrative, functional, and organizing matters are managed effectively. This includes a supporting role to the needs of the team in the department.
Pusat CARE Kuala Lumpur - Community Organiser - Prison
A team member to assist in leading the men prison ministry. He is expected to assist in planning and strategizing the work in the men prison together with the different stakeholders. Responsibilities will include initiating and implementing programmes for in-prison (men) as well as community-based projects for identified communities of prisoners and ex-prisoners, drug users, and people living with HIV/AIDS.
Pusat CARE Kuala Lumpur - Community Organiser - Bumblebee
A team member to initiate and ensure smooth running of Bumblebee programms. Will be responsible to develop resources in the area of child empowerment, working with related staff and departments.
Pusat CARE Kuala Lumpur - Community Organiser - SEED (Special Needs)
A team member to be involve in running children and disabilities related activities in the communities. A candidate with at least 1-2 years working experience in the disabilities field - working with people with special needs and their families will be an added advantage.
A team member to assist in the initiation and implementation of community-based projects in the poor communities in partnership with local churches. Also to assist to organise and/or conduct awareness/training programmes on development issues among churches, and other relevant agencies. and involved in the Community Development projects in PSKC.
A team member able to work with others as well as work independently under minimal supervision in organising and mobilising targeted community in the development services. The candidate is expected to uphold high standards of integrity and Christian conduct consistent with organization values.
A team member able to work well with others, willing to travel and able to travel independently. The candidate should have basic IT literacy (eg. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, etc). Knowledge of principles and practices related to Education or community development for Orang Asli is an added advantage.

Have strong communication and interpersonal skills with strong leadership and ability to strategize and demonstrate passion working in community development. The candidate is also able to take initiative in personal development through self-learning and has the ability to work independently.
The candidate will be responsible for developing, improving and equipping the staff and external stakeholders in the area of agriculture for rural community development. Sustainable and organic agricultural production (crops and livestock farming), promotion of projects, collaboration with potential stakeholders. The candidate will work closely with our demo center of Ladang CARE at Chenderiang, Perak, and other regional offices of CARE.
A team member to shape appropriate methods to communicate about Malaysian CARE’s ministry to the public. A forward thinker, optimistic about opportunities and able to develop content strategies to be disseminated via social media, website, newsletters, press releases, Malaysian CARE’s corporate presentations and any other distribution channels. One who can implement initiatives towards enhancing Malaysian CARE’s image via proper internal communications branding.
A team member with basic experiences in web programming and has knowledge of optimizing the usage of the website. A problem solver by nature and will work independently at developing a proper web presence, ensuring proper database maintenance, and digitalizing communications mediums for optimum communication to stakeholders.
Church Relations Executive
A team member with great coordination and administrative skills, and enjoys facilitating and building bridges, Prior involvement in Christian networks is definitely a plus. The role also is to facilitate and support the building of relationships amongst churches and Malaysian CARE.
Human Resource Department
A team member to assist in the overall function and operations of HR. He/she should have at least 3-5 years of working experience in HR is preferred. Able to assist and coordinate the staff training programme and plans that is approved by the Management and also represent the organisation in fairs and any exhibition related to career fair/HR. the candidate should also be able to organise the Staff Induction Programme for new employees.
Policy, Advocacy & Research
A team member who have knowledge of policy development process, analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative), experience in organising and participating in community work and have the ability to communicate effectively to a range of diverse audiences. The candidate should also have cultural awareness and ability to build and maintain relationships with different stakeholders, client/community groups, government, policy makers, church partners, as well as other relevant networks.
