Required Skills and Experience

• Understanding on education and child development milestones balanced with practical experience and knowledge of the community we serve.

• Community needs assessment, ministry design, and services development process.

• Readiness for long-term journeying with communities and families in addressing their plight and assisting them in securing education for their children.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in collaboration with multiple teams across the organization.

• Well-versed with MS Word, Excel, and Power-Point.

• Possess organizational skills including documentation, analysis, and time management (eg. multitasking, deadlines, monitoring) 

• Experience in community work, education, and children's development milestone is an added advantage.

Education Requirement

• [Preferred but not limited to] Bachelor’s degree related to Education, Early Childhood Education, Special Needs, Psychology, and Social Work.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Tamil and Mandarin is an added advantage.
