About the position
The candidate will assist the Executive Director in ensuring that the department’s administrative, functional and organizing matters are managed effectively. This includes a supporting role to the needs of the overall organization.
Required Skills and Experience

Familiar with communication via email, apps and social media.

Perform secretarial duties including the ability to coordinate schedules, meetings, reports and events within the department and across other departments.

Possess organizational skills in terms of time (eg. multitasking, deadlines, monitoring), mental (eg. communication, documentation, analysis), and physical (eg. record keeping, office management, office solutions).

Experience in community work is an added advantage.

Possess a valid Driving license.

Preferably for age 40 and below (male or female).

Teachable, transparent and a teamplayer.

Punctual, consistent and healthy.

Relational skills – ability to relate to a diverse group of people including staff, management, Board, stakeholders, volunteers and clients.

Spiritual maturity - personal walk with God, the reading of His Word and fellowship with His people, the Church.

Willing to explore other areas of services in the organization for future development.
Educational Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification (eg. IGCSE O-Level).

Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage..
