    Wisma CARE (HQ), Kuala Lumpur

    Reporting To
    Director/Head of Department

    Required Skills and Experience 

    • Assist in the overall function and operations of HR. 

    • At least 2 years of working experience in HR is preferred.

    • Assist and coordinate the staff training programme and plans that are approved by the Management.

    • Represent the organisation in fairs and any exhibition related to career fairs/HR.

    • Organise the Staff Induction Programme for new employees.

    • Handles the recruitment and selection process.

    • Back up role – Monthly payroll administration.

    • Able to undertake special assignments, ad-hoc projects, and related duties as and when required.

    Desired Qualities and Attributes

    • Work in a responsible and timely manner.

    • Strong organisation skills.

    • Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills.

    • Computer literate.

    • A team player with a positive attitude.

    • Adaptable. 

    • Able to multi-task and work under pressure.

    • Attend and actively participate in the life and ministry of a local church/Christian faith community.

    Educational Requirements

    Candidate must have a Diploma/ Degree in HR Management or in any other related field
