HR Executive/Leader

Director/Head of Department
Required Skills and Experience

Assist in the overall function and operations of HR.

At least 2 years of working experience in HR is preferred.

Assist and coordinate the staff training programme and plans that are approved by the Management.

Represent the organisation in fairs and any exhibition related to career fairs/HR.
-
Organise the Staff Induction Programme for new employees.
-
Handles the recruitment and selection process.
-
Back up role – Monthly payroll administration.
-
Able to undertake special assignments, ad-hoc projects, and related duties as and when required.

Educational Requirements
Candidate must have a Diploma/ Degree in HR Management or in any other related field
