Required Skills and Experience

Knowledge of policy development process.
-
Analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative).

Experience in organising and participating in community work.

Ability to communicate effectively to a range of diverse audiences.
-
Cultural awareness and ability to build and maintain relationships with different stakeholders, client/community groups, government, policy makers, church partners, as well as other relevant networks.

Excellent planning, management and coordination skills, with the ability to organise a workload comprised of diverse tasks and responsbilities.

Strong IT literacy (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, etc).
-
Proficient in oral and written communications, both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a plus.

Human Resources experience is an added advantage.

Strong sense of accountability and commitment.

Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Educational Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from relevant fields.
