    Leader, Community Development

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the initiation and implementation of community-based projects in the poor communities in partnership with local churches

    • Assist in organizing and/or conducting awareness/training programs on development issues among churches, and other relevant agencies.

    • Involved in the Community Development projects in PSKC

    Desired Skills/Experience/Attributes

    • Passion for the poor and needy - ability to work with youth from diverse backgrounds. Enthusiastic and positive attitude toward helping others.

    • Aged between 18 - 30 years.

    • Basic IT literacy (eg. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, etc)

    • Knowledge of principles and practices related to community development will be an added advantage.

    • Willing to travel and able to travel independently. Able to work independently under minimal supervision.

    • Flexible and versatile; possessing the ability to wear different “hats” on short notice.

    Educational Requirements
    Minimum SPM and above
