Leader / Manager, Community Development
Required Skills and Experience
-
Initiate and ensure smooth running of Bumblee bee programms
-
Responsible to develop resources in the area of child empowerment, working with related staff and departments
-
Assist in the planning and organising World Play Day event
-
Case management - Follow up on children and families in the community
-
Well versed with MS Word, Excel and Power Point.

Willing to travel and able to travel independently

Possess good communication skills (written and oral) in English. Other languages will be a plus.
Education Requirement

Must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM or equivalent

Those with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education Needs, Business or equivalent from any field of study is an added advantage
-
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Any other local languages is an added advantage.
