Terms & Conditions


1. RESERVATION.
1.1 Online Reservations may be made twelve (12) months in advance. 

2. CONTRIBUTION & RATES for ACCOMMODATION

2.1   The accommodation contribution rates are as follows:

        Contribution Rate:
        Individual Reservation  RM70.00 per person per night. (Minimum 3 pax) 
(Single occupancy minimum 3 nights, Double occupancy minimum 2 nights) 

Group Reservation RM400.00 per night (Maximum 18 pax)

* Special Contribution Rate:
         Individual Reservation  RM40.00 per person per night. 
(1 pax with minimum 6 nights, 2 pax with minimum 3 nights, 3 - 4 pax with minimum 2 nights)

Group Reservation RM300.00 per night 
(Maximum 18 pax with minimum 2 nights).

* (Special contribution rate is applicable to pastors, full-time ministry workers, students, Christian organizations subjected to Terms & Conditions based on the number of occupants per reservation and number of days of occupancy).


2.2   Contributions can be made by cheque, direct credit or by online transfer to the following account:

2.3   Guests are required to send proof of contribution either by WhatsApp or email with a clear indication of payee information.

2.4   The administration office reserves the right to revise the contribution rates and charges without prior notice.

2.5   Contributions to Malaysian CARE for the usage of ReconRe will be acknowledged. 


3. RESERVATION POLICY

3.1   All rooming details must be finalized two (2) weeks before the date of check-in; there no amendments will be entertained. Rooming details should include the correct distribution of male and female guests in the rooms.

3.2   The administration office reserves the right to organize the rooming arrangement based on the overall booking of ReconRe. 

4. CANCELLATION PENALTY

4.1   Forfeiture of contribution (deposit) shall apply for cancellation of reservation as follows:
a. 14 days’ notice (in writing) : 50% forfeit
b. Less than 14 days’ notice: 100% forfeit.

4.2   A fresh application is to be submitted in the event of a change of dates.

4.3   The administration office reserves the right to cancel any reservations made (confirmed or otherwise) with a full refund of the amount paid without assigning any reason.


5. AMENITIES

5.1   The facilities at ReconRe are conducive for prayer retreats, committee meetings, team-building, and staff retreats, as well as a perfect getaway for leisure. The venue is fully equipped with a fellowship hall, a meeting room with a large LED TV, a dining area, and ample open space for ‘Koinonia’. All rooms are fully air-conditioned with additional wash-room facilities to host up to 17 pax comfortably; and also built inclusively to be disabled-friendly.

5.2   Basic amenities provided would include a bedsheet, pillowcase, and blanket. However, you may need to bring your own towel and other toiletries for your own use.

5.3   Hot/Cold water dispenser – bottled drinking water is available. Please feel free to replace the bottle when it is empty.

5.4   Induction stove is available for simple cooking.


6. CATERING SERVICES

6.1   Standard Rate: 

        Breakfast         RM10.00
        Lunch         RM15.00    
        Dinner         RM15.00
        (Minimum catering size 5 pax & above)

6.2 Additional charges for BBQ or Steamboat.

6.3   Orders for food catering shall be made directly to the catering manager, Mr. Toy (019 650 6503) one week prior to the date of check-in.

6.4   Payment for all catering services shall be made directly to the catering manager (Mr. Toy) at Rumah ReconRe.

7. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE

7.1   Keys to ReconRe can be collected from the Admin Office at Malaysian Care HQ: Tel: 03 92120162 Ext. 107 (Sathia) or Ext. 109 (Geetha) or from Mr. Toy (019 6506503) / Ms Crystal Lee (017 2690248) at 391, Persiaran Layang Layang 20, Taman Layang Layang, Seremban. Please let him/her know the time you intend to check in and collect the keys.

7.2   Official check-in time is after 2:00 pm.

7.3   Official check-out time before 12:00 noon. 

7.4   Upon checking out, please place all used bedsheets, pillowcases, and blankets on the dining table. Please do not put used bedsheets, pillowcases, and blankets into the plastic bags as these bags are used for cleaned sheets only.  

7.5   Please sign our guest book and leave comments that would enable us to serve you better.

7.6   Please make sure that all air-conditioning units, lights, and power points are switched off.

7.7   Please lock all doors of ReconRe before leaving the premises.

7.8 Drop the keys into the Post Box after closing the main gate.

 

8. HOUSE RULES

Do enjoy the facilities and may you be refreshed; however please abide by these rules so that others may also be blessed.

8.1   Please ensure that ReconRe is kept clean at all times. 

8.2     No additional person(s) may use this place without prior permission from the administration staff in charge.

8.3     Proper conduct, integrity, and decorum are to be observed at all times. Please keep this place free from harmful substances, such as alcohol, drugs, and cigarettes.

8.4     Please be alert and take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety for the duration of your stay with us
